I don't know how I missed this when it was first talked about, probably because we didn't own a house then (well technically I don't own the house, hubby inherited it in his name from his parents' estate) but when one sells a home, they have to pay 15% tax to Obamacare. Gives me one incentive not to sell this house even though I'm not fond of living in it.
