Actually, I think everyone realizes criminals wouldn't follow gun laws anyhow. But it seems like lately a parade of lunatics -- certifiably insane maniacs -- have been acquiring more than their share of firearms and going on shooting sprees. I wonder whether there might be something we could do to make it a bit more difficult for insane people to acquire assault rifles ...
