One Marine's View

Shalom everyone:
The below was sent to me from an Marine who served in Iraq. As I told Mark, these are the stories you don't hear on the news.
Mark , a Civil Affiars officer, just shook his head....what do they know, I can see on my husband's face....he was over there...they weren't.

They say things are still bad in Iraq? Duno who they are getting their reports from because by the picture, it looks like everything is well in hand.

I think its neat we have all the ways we can get messages like this out to show how it is over in Iraq; if we were to rely on just the media to get the news from there, it would be not a fair representation of the good work that is being done and the quality of life improving for the people of that country
