Thanks Giving

Shalom:
Mark and I had a wonderful Thanks Giving with my mum. Actually, we were gald we didn't go to Williamsburg as plan; this way we could bless my mum.
The Assistance Living Home is a wonderful place. It is a run by a Christian Group and they take awesome care of those who live there. My mum is very happy here and the staff treats each of the residents as if they were their own mum or dad. They had place cards for us at the table. These lovely people even had an lunchen in Mark's honour just before he went to Iraq.
The food was a Traditonal Turkey Dinner, including Pumpkin pie.
The staff makes a point of making everything as homey as possiable. I wish all Health Care Centers and Homes treated their patients in the same matter.
Such a lovely table and the whole center was just as feastive. After the blessing was said, we ate and then spend some time with mummie before she kicked us out so she could get her nap.

After our nap, we headed off for the Syngogue for Mark's Torah practice. He was so good, his voice rang throughout the room. It was awesome.

looks like a feast fit for a queen, a princess and her husband prince :)

so neat that the assisted living home goes out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and cozy there; more homes should adopt that attitude
