Your Such a Cute Couple :)

Mark and I had a little running about to do this afternoon before tonight's service.

We made a stop at what is now becoming one of our flavorite places to shop.

Mark loves it because he can always find something in his size.

After all, Mark is 6'4.

While waiting for our things to be rang up, the store owner mention that we appeared to be a couple, "married for 30 years and yet not maried yet five years."

Close. We have been friends seven years and married 3 years.

She went on to say that we were indeed soulmates, old souls that were meant to be.

"All I know is you are such a cute couple."

After being with Mark all these years, it is still nice to hear.

Tonight is Simha Torah: Rejoice(ing) over the Torah. It is a Holy day celebrated on the 22nd or 23rd of Tishri to celebrate the completion of the annual cycle of readings of the Torah. Tonight we will end our reading of the last five Books of Moshe and then begin once again with Gensis 1:1. There is singing and dancing WITH the Torah itself, so it is our Joy, G-d's Word to each of us. And we thank Him for the Gift of His Presence and His Word.

We are bringing the Challah and grape juice.
